WOODARD LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED
Frontera Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that, except as stated below, furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. Straps, slings, and cushions are warranted for workmanship only (not for fading, discoloration, mildew resistance, or stretching).

HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST
Structural
Limited structural warranty: 15 years for Aluminum and Iron, 3 years for Woven, and 5 years for NexTeak from delivery. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the furniture or authorize repairs/alterations. Commercial-use products follow current contract warranty periods: 5 years (Aluminum/Iron), 3 years (Woven), 5 years (NexTeak).

Finish
Limited finish warranty: 7 years from delivery. Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the furniture or authorize repairs/alterations. Commercial-use products: 5 years.

Cushion
Limited cushion warranty: 1 year from delivery for cushion workmanship and filler. Fabric may carry a separate manufacturer warranty; if fabric is found defective after the 1-year cushion period, replacement cushion cost less fabric is your responsibility. Commercial-use products: 1 year.

Parts
Certain parts (e.g., recliner mechanisms, fire table burners, hardware) carry a 1-year warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage from shipping, abuse, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fabric or strap fading/stretching, glass breakage, glides, or commercial use (unless noted). It is void if reasonable care per product instructions is not provided.

Nexteak
Does not cover fading, discoloration, staining, or scratching. Exact color matches for replacements are not guaranteed.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
Natural casting/finishing surface variations, minor finish color/texture differences, salt-air or salt-water effects (powder blistering/oxidation), marring/scratching/rust from stacking, discoloration from chemicals/sunscreen, and items sold “as is” are not covered.

Fabrics

• Spot clean with a mild soap and lukewarm water (under 100°F). Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely before storing.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, steam, or harsh detergents. Acrylic fabrics are heat-sensitive—avoid high temperatures.
• Insect repellents, suntan lotions, and harsh chemicals can accelerate fading and damage; remove spills promptly with mild detergent and water. Test cleaners in an inconspicuous area first.

Vinyl Straps

• Clean with mild laundry detergent and warm water. To remove scuffs, rub gently with toothpaste or a mild abrasive on a soft cloth.
• For mildew, use warm water, mild detergent and diluted chlorine bleach (max 1/4 cup bleach per 3 gallons water). Rinse thoroughly.
• Do not use solvents, strong abrasives, undiluted bleach, carbon tetrachloride, janitorial cleaners, or gasoline. Wipe off repellents and lotions promptly.

HDPE Wicker (Weave)

• Clean regularly with mild detergent and warm water to prevent trapped dirt and mildew. Rinse, shake out excess moisture, and allow to dry fully before storing.
• For mildew, use the same diluted bleach solution noted above. Avoid solvents, strong abrasives, undiluted bleach, and gasoline. Test cleaners first.

Iron Frames

• Wash with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Touch up scratches or exposed metal promptly to prevent corrosion.
• For gloss finishes, apply a fine automotive wax occasionally. Light sanding and touch-up paint may be needed for severe stains or scratches. Use fine steel wool lightly to prep areas before painting.
• Regular maintenance (cleaning, touching up nicks) reduces risk of rust; minor rust seepage in joints/crevices can occur with outdoor use and is normal.

Aluminum Frames

• Clean with warm water and mild soap. Rinse and dry. Use a fine automotive wax to maintain gloss on smooth finishes.
• Touch up scratches with light sanding/prep and thin coats of touch-up paint per product instructions. Clean promptly after exposure to chemicals or lotions.

NexTeak

• No staining, painting, or weatherproofing required.
• Clean with mild soapy water for everyday dirt.
• Remove oil stains with non-abrasive cleaners. Light scratches/scuffs can be improved with a scouring pad and light sanding with the grain.

Tempered Glass Table Tops

• Clean with mild detergent and warm water; buff dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use solvents, strong abrasives, undiluted bleach, carbon tetrachloride, or gasoline.

General Tips

• Store furniture dry and covered when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to salt spray; rinse frequently in coastal environments.
• Always test cleaners on an inconspicuous spot first. Follow product label cautions for any touch-up materials.
