White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, assembly your furniture, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home. In most cases, delivery goes beyond curbside to your front door or garage. This shipping method is free for most orders in the continental U.S. over $99. Oversize fees may apply.
Deluxe Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home, then placed exactly where you want in your outdoor space. No need to lug furniture to your backyard. This shipping method is free for most orders $5,000+, or available for a fee for orders under $5,000. Oversize fees may apply.

Care & Maintenance
aLUMINUM Care:
Since aluminum is very corrosion resistant, it is only necessary with a decorative powder coat. If the product unluckily gets scratched or damaged this will not spread, and does not degrade the product. A repair lacquer can be used, after any loose paint is removed
Care and Maintenance:
Regular cleaning should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. If your outdoor products need an extra cleaning, an auto shampoo can be used. Please follow the instructions on the bottle. If possible, outdoor furniture should be stored in a dry place during the winter to protect it from the elements.We do not recommend covering the furniture, since the lack of breathability might accumulate condensation on the furniture.
Please avoid using any harsh detergents or solvents when cleaning the product.
