KoverRoos®MAX - 10-year limited warranty; 5-year warranty against color fading

Limited Warranty:
Repair the cover at no additional cost or replace the cover at 50% off list price based on schedule. Warranty is calculated from the date of original purchase. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of God, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. Damage caused by heavy storms and high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been modified in any way. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers' original purchase price.

Inspections and Warranty Claim:
Upon product receipt and inspection, if the product is determined by KoverRoos® in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a replacement cover will be mailed to the return address on the package. From time-to-time products are discontinued, so an exact replacement may not be available. If this is the case a substitute may be offered. If a replacement is issued, the warranted product be recycled, not returned.
