White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, assembly your furniture, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.
How is this different from Standard or Deluxe Delivery?
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home. In most cases, delivery goes beyond curbside to your front door or garage. This shipping method is free for most orders in the continental U.S. over $99. Oversize fees may apply.
Deluxe Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home, then placed exactly where you want in your outdoor space. No need to lug furniture to your backyard. This shipping method is free for most orders $5,000+, or available for a fee for orders under $5,000. Oversize fees may apply.
