Frontera’s famous white glove delivery

What is Frontera’s famous White Glove Delivery?

For the ultimate hassle-free delivery and set-up experience for your furniture investment we offer a premium White Glove Delivery option for customers in the continental United States.

White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, assembly your furniture, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.

How is this different from Standard or Deluxe Delivery?

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home. In most cases, delivery goes beyond curbside to your front door or garage. This shipping method is free for most orders in the continental U.S. over $99. Oversize fees may apply.

Deluxe Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home, then placed exactly where you want in your outdoor space. No need to lug furniture to your backyard. This shipping method is free for most orders $5,000+, or available for a fee for orders under $5,000. Oversize fees may apply.

WARRANTY

Residential Limited Warranty Periods: Teak – 10 years Aluminum – 10 years Stainless Steel – 10 years Ceramic Surfaces – 10 years Rustic Teak – 5 years Sling & Cord – 3 years Eucalyptus – 3 years Umbrellas & Bases – 2 years Covers & Cushions – 2 years Glass & HPL Surfaces – 2 years Product warranties do not apply to the following: 1. Use in a contract or non-residential situation. 2. Damage or chipping to glass, ceramic or HPL due to misuse or impact. 3. Damage due to use of a pressure washer. 4. Deterioration due to the application of teak oil or other wood treatments. 5. Damage that is wear and tear from reasonable private residential use, which includes dents, paint scratches, stains, tears to fabric, etc. 6. Normal deterioration and weathering from exposure to an outdoor environment, which includes small cracks (checking) in wood, colour change, surface blemishes on stainless steel, etc.

Care & Maintenance

Although stainless steel products are made to withstand the rigors of the outdoors, regular care and maintenance is required to preserve the fine appearance of your furniture. We offer care products for all the furniture we supply which are easy to use and very effective. An annual or twice-yearly maintenance regime will be more than adequate in most instances to maintain your furniture in prime condition. However, in coastal and chlorinated environments we recommend occasionally rinsing your furniture with fresh water.

Teak furniture can be left out all year round. However, as part of a maintenance program we recommend the use of Teak Cleaner each spring to prepare your furniture for the season. If untreated, teak will weather to a soft silver grey patina. If you wish to slow the weathering process and retain the golden teak color, apply a Teak Cleaner before the weathering process begins.

For aluminum furniture we supply covers and suggest your furniture be cleaned and maintained with a Powder-Coated Aluminum Cleaner.
