White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, assembly your furniture, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.

How is this different from Standard or Deluxe Delivery?

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home. In most cases, delivery goes beyond curbside to your front door or garage. This shipping method is free for most orders in the continental U.S. over $99. Oversize fees may apply.

Deluxe Delivery orders are shipped via truck direct to your home, then placed exactly where you want in your outdoor space. No need to lug furniture to your backyard. This shipping method is free for most orders $5,000+, or available for a fee for orders under $5,000. Oversize fees may apply.

Cushions are made using a durable 100% dyed acrylic fiber that is very color fast in sunlight. A stain repellent is applied to the fabric and will withstand vigorous cleaning.

Product warranties do not apply to the following:
1. Use in a contract or non-residential situation.
2. Damage or chipping to glass, ceramic or HPL due to misuse or impact.
3. Damage due to use of a pressure washer.
4. Deterioration due to the application of teak oil or other wood treatments.
5. Damage that is wear and tear from reasonable private residential use, which
includes dents, paint scratches, stains, tears to fabric, etc.
6. Normal deterioration and weathering from exposure to an outdoor environment,
which includes small cracks (checking) in wood, colour change, surface blemishes
on stainless steel, etc.

Care & Maintenance

Cushions have a water repellent finish but are not waterproof and should not be left out in heavy rain. If cushions become saturated then place them on one edge and allow the water to drain away until they are thoroughly dry. One of the best ways to keep our fabrics looking good, and to delay deep or vigorous cleaning, is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur. To clean and maintain your cushions and parasols, we recommend you use fabric cleaner which will remove dirt, grease, oil and mold. We recommend you leave the cushion covers on during the cleaning process. We suggest you clean your cushions before you store them in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not store cushions when they are wet.
